The challenge
Afaq builds integrated residential communities in Jeddah, with several projects at different stages. Buyers compare a lot before they call: location, unit sizes, prices, construction progress and trust in the developer. Afaq needed a website that presents each community clearly, builds trust in the company, and captures serious buyers instead of generic inquiries.

What we built
A complete UI/UX design for the Afaq website: a home page with key numbers, featured communities, partners and news; an about page with the company journey since 2016, values, testimonials and sister companies; a communities page with progress for each project; a community template with gallery, facilities, floor plans, location and travel times, available units with prices, FAQ and an interest form; a contact page with a map; and a 4-step “register your interest” flow that captures rooms, budget, area, lifestyle priorities and contact details.

The result
We delivered the full design in 4 weeks. The website is now live at afaqco.sa.
